Pardubice Airport processes personal data only for specific legitimate purposes and always only to the extent necessary in relation to the purpose for which it is processed. Based on requirements arising from regulations governing civil aviation security, entry into non-public areas of the airport is permitted only on the basis of clear identification of the excursion participant. Pardubice Airport is also obliged to process personal data for the purpose of contract performance and compliance with a legal obligation.
d) One-off entry into a non-public area of the airport
The obligation to process personal data of persons entering non-public areas of the airport arises from Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1018 and Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation. Failure to provide personal data may result in entry being denied.
e) Entry into Pardubice Airport buildings
It is in the legitimate interest of Pardubice Airport to process the personal data of persons entering buildings owned by the company. The purpose is the protection of persons and property, as well as the protection of civil aviation.
f) Questions, complaints and suggestions
It is in the legitimate interest of Pardubice Airport to process the personal data of persons making enquiries. Without the provision of personal data, we would not be able to handle the relevant questions, complaints or suggestions.
g) Conclusion of a contract
For the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, it is necessary to process your personal data, namely the identification of the contracting party. The legal basis is contract performance and compliance with a legal obligation.
h) Request for information under Act No. 106/1999 Coll.
Pardubice Airport has a legal obligation to process the applicant’s personal data pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information. Failure to provide personal data may result in the request not being processed.
i) Participation in events organised by Pardubice Airport
In connection with the organisation of conferences, seminars and other events, registration with the provision of basic identification data may be required. The legal basis is contract performance for paid events and the protection of legitimate interests.
Pardubice Airport states that it does not and will not process personal data in a manner that is contrary to the purpose for which the personal data was provided.
5. Consent to Personal Data Processing
