Passengers with Disabilities
If you require assistance during your stay at the airport, we are fully prepared to provide it. The service is available to all passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility completely free of charge and without any additional fees.
How to Request Assistance
Please request assistance at least 48 hours in advance:
- Through your airline (when purchasing your ticket).
- Through your travel agency.
- Directly at Pardubice Airport.

Manual Wheelchair
The passenger may keep the wheelchair until boarding. It is transported to the aircraft door using handling equipment, after which the passenger is transferred to an aisle chair and seated onboard. The wheelchair itself is transported in the aircraft baggage compartment.
Electric Wheelchair
Passengers travelling with an electric wheelchair must inform the airport in advance. The wheelchair is collected during check-in in order to prepare it for transport. A manual wheelchair will be provided for the duration of the airport process.
Parking for Passengers with Reduced Mobility
Holders of ZTP and ZTP/P cards may use free parking spaces reserved directly in front of the terminal building or available spaces within the main parking area.
