Whistleblowing
In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. and EU Directive No. 2019/1937, EAST BOHEMIAN AIRPORT a.s. has established conditions for reporting possible unlawful conduct.
Registered office: Pražská 179, Popkovice, 530 06 Pardubice, Company ID: 48154938, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under file no. B 915. The system ensures the receipt, assessment and recording of reports, as well as the implementation of corrective measures in cases of violated rights.
Detailed conditions are available in the relevant directive published at the link below. This portal may be used to submit reports directly to the designated persons. Reports are archived in accordance with internal regulations.

- By telephone via the dedicated number of the designated person.
- Verbally during a personal meeting (upon request, within 14 days).
- In writing by post (Pražská 179, Pardubice), in a sealed envelope marked “WHISTLEBLOWING”.
- In writing delivered personally to the designated person.
- Electronically via e-mail: whistleblowing@airport-pardubice.cz
- Externally through the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic (tel: 221 997 840, justice.cz).
What the Report Must Include
- First name, surname, residential address and direct contact details.
- A brief description of the facts and the purpose of the report.
- Anonymous reports are reviewed only after additional identification of the reporting person (archived for 5 years).
- Reports from persons without an employment relationship with EBA (according to Section 2 of the Act) are excluded.
