Can I bring a power bank on board and what capacity is allowed?

Yes. Power banks must be carried in your hand luggage only and must never be placed in checked baggage. The maximum permitted capacity is usually 100 Wh (approximately 27,000 mAh). Higher-capacity power banks may require approval from the airline.

Liquids, gels and creams must be carried in containers of up to 100 ml each. All containers must fit into one transparent, resealable plastic bag with a maximum capacity of 1 litre.

We recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before departure. Check-in usually closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Parking at Pardubice Airport is completely free of charge for the entire duration of your trip. The car park is located directly next to the terminal, just a short walk from the entrance.

Yes. Laptops, tablets and other larger electronic devices must be removed from your bag and placed separately in a security tray for screening.

Yes. Solid foods such as sandwiches, biscuits and fruit are allowed. Please note that foods with a liquid or semi-liquid consistency, such as yoghurt or pâté, are subject to the 100 ml liquid restriction.

For travel within the European Union and to Albania, a valid national ID card is usually sufficient. For destinations such as Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia, a passport valid for at least six months after your return date is required.

Yes. A visa is required for travel to Egypt, including Hurghada and Marsa Alam. It can be obtained online in advance (e-Visa) or purchased upon arrival at the airport for USD 25.

Yes. You may use your stroller up to the aircraft stairs or boarding gate, where it will be collected by airport staff and loaded into the aircraft hold.

This depends on your airline, travel agency and ticket fare. On most charter flights operated by Smartwings, the standard allowance is one checked bag up to 23 kg per passenger.

The standard size is typically 55 × 40 × 23 cm, although requirements vary by airline. Please check the baggage policy of your airline before travelling.

Yes. You may carry one standard lighter on your person. It must be kept in your pocket and not packed in either checked or hand baggage.

There is currently no currency exchange office at the airport. We recommend exchanging currency before departure or withdrawing cash from an ATM at your destination.

Please report the issue immediately after arrival at the Lost & Found desk in the arrivals hall and complete a Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.).

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire terminal building at Pardubice Airport.

Yes, but only when switched to Flight Mode. During take-off and landing, mobile phones must not be held or used unless otherwise instructed by the cabin crew.

Airlines charge additional fees for excess baggage. These fees are usually paid directly at the check-in desk before departure.

Yes. Medication in tablet form may be carried without restrictions. Liquid medication exceeding 100 ml (such as insulin) is permitted, but we recommend carrying a doctor’s certificate, preferably in English.

No. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited on all flights.
