Free Wi-Fi Connection
Connect for free throughout the airport terminal on all your devices. Network name / SSID: Freenet no password required.
Baggage Wrapping & Claims
- Baggage protection: Wrapping in protective film to help prevent damage during transport.
- Availability: Public area of the terminal, always 2 hours before scheduled departure.
- Service price: CZK 100 / EUR 5 / USD 5 per item of baggage.
- Claims: In case of damaged or lost baggage, report it immediately after arrival at the Information Desk.
- Important notice: If you leave the terminal before submitting a claim, your claim automatically expires.
VIP Lounge & Priority Check-in
The VIP Lounge can be booked at least 72 hours in advance by email at eba@airport-pardubice.cz or via the booking form.
To use this service, please visit the Cash Desk counter in the departures hall between 2 hours and 45 minutes before your scheduled departure.
CZK 1,500 / passenger aged 13 and over
CZK 750 / child aged 6–12
Children under 6 years of age free of charge.
For advance reservations, payment must be made by bank transfer to account number 271849313/0300, with the passenger's full name included in the payment reference.
Facilities for Youngest Passengers
- Children’s play area: Available for children directly in the Gate 2 area.
- Changing tables: Located in all toilets in both the public and non-public areas of the terminal.
Shops & Refreshments
- Fast food: Available in both parts of the terminal, in Gate 1 and Gate 2.
- Duty Free: The shop in Gate 2 offers cosmetics, alcoholic beverages and gift items.
Opening hours are always fully adapted to the current flight schedule.
Chill & Relax Corner
Before departure, you can relax in the lounge area directly inside the terminal. The corner offers comfortable seating, a quieter atmosphere and space for a short wait before boarding. The relaxation area is available to passengers within the terminal depending on current airport operations.
- Comfortable seating: Bean bags, low tables and an informal space for relaxation.
- Calm before departure: An ideal place for a short break, working on a laptop or waiting with family.
- Close to services: Shops, refreshments, the children’s play area and other airport services are nearby.
- No reservation required: The space is intended for regular use by passengers.

A designated smoking area is available at the airport. Smoking is permitted only in this marked area.
