The first Ryanair flight to Palma de Mallorca took off today from Pardubice Airport.

Pardubice, June 3, 2025 – Pardubice Airport marked a significant milestone today with the launch of Ryanair’s first flight to the popular holiday destination of Palma de Mallorca. The new scheduled service will operate twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The aircraft of the Irish low-cost carrier departed in the morning, welcoming passengers on board heading for sunshine, the sea, and the beauty of the Spanish island. The introduction of this route represents another step in the development of Pardubice Airport and expands the range of direct connections available to residents of the region and neighboring areas.

“We’re pleased to see Pardubice Airport continue to grow and to successfully add new, attractive destinations. The launch of the Palma de Mallorca route strengthens our position on the map of regional air transport,” said Jindřich Tauber, Chairman of the Board of Pardubice Airport.

“We’re happy to be continuously expanding our network of air connections. We believe that our cooperation with Ryanair will continue to develop and lead to even more destinations that will appeal to our passengers,” added Mária Luticová, Director of Pardubice Airport.

“The airport is an important part of the infrastructure of our city and region. Every new route brings new opportunities for residents and local businesses. I’m glad that Pardubice is becoming increasingly accessible for both tourists and travelers heading abroad,” said Jan Nadrchal, Mayor of Pardubice.

The Palma de Mallorca route will operate throughout the summer season, offering passengers a convenient and direct connection from Pardubice without the need to travel to more distant airports.
